We work with a compliant online DBS provider, which allows us to oversee basic and enhanced DBS applications quickly and accurately across the UK. As a rule, all our staff hold an enhanced DBS relating to both the children and adult workforce. If you require a basic DBS check or child | adult only, we can support accordingly.

We source employment references from UK based employers only. All our staff come with 2 employment references as a minimum, with a third or character reference sought if deemed necessary. We store written references in accordance with GDPR, to ensure transparency and an accurate paper trail. If you require any further background checks, we can support accordingly.

We complete UK right to work checks during our intitial onboarding process, which includes photo ID, birth certification, proof of address, and share code | VISA documentation. We then review these regularly to ensure that real time and up to date records are available by request. Furthermore, we remain diligently informed of any legislative amendments.

We collate evidence of all relevant qualifications held by our candidates. These are stored in accordance with GDPR and are available to our clients at the commencement of any assignment or anytime by request. In some cases, we are able to assist with reasonable refresher or niche training courses at the request of our clients.
